  • 1 cup water
  • 40 grams almond
  • 20 grams sun-flower seeds
  • 110 grams célery
  • 170 grams frozen mangoes
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil


  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until a smooth consistency.
  • Make the night before and drink for breakfast the next day.


Take a least 15 - 20 minutes to drink it.
