Almond and mango smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 40 grams almond
- 20 grams sun-flower seeds
- 110 grams célery
- 170 grams frozen mangoes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until a smooth consistency.
- Make the night before and drink for breakfast the next day.
Notes
Take a least 15 - 20 minutes to drink it.
