These delicious no-bake energy bites are the perfect healthy snack!

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter May replace with almond or seed butter
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
  • Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour
  • Once chilled, roll into balls using a tablespoon of mixture per ball
  • Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. These also freeze very well for up to a month.
