Payapa Mango Smoothie

  • 2 large ripe papayas (can also use frozen papayas)
  • 1 large ripe mango (can also use frozen mango)
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey


  • Peel and cut the papayas in chunks. Put in blender.
  • Cut the mango in half. Remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the mango and put in the blender.
  • Peel orange. Separate the orange segments and cut in small pieces. Put in blender.
  • Add coconut milk and honey.
  • Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
