1/2cupcilantro-lime ranch dressing(see link for recipe below)
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat. When the fat has melted and the skillet is hot, sauté the shrimps in batches making sure not to crowd the shrimps in the pan. Sauté for a minute or two, until opaque and fully cooked. Remove and set aside to cool.
Place the romaine, grated carrot, apple, avocado, cilantro and shrimps in a big bowl and mix. Serve with cilantro-lime ranch dressing.
