Ingredients

Asparagus
3
tbsp
avocado oil
2
cloves
garlic
minced
Salt and pepper to tastse
Lemon Juice
(optional)
Instructions
Wash Asparagus well. Snap the bottom of the asparagus before you cook it. Just bend the stalk where the color starts to change from white to green
Heat the oil on medium heat.
Add garlic and asparagus. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Stir occasionally.
You can add a splash of lemon at the end if desired.
