Easy Sautéed Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to tastse
  • Lemon Juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash Asparagus well. Snap the bottom of the asparagus before you cook it. Just bend the stalk where the color starts to change from white to green
  • Heat the oil on medium heat.
  • Add garlic and asparagus. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Stir occasionally.
  • You can add a splash of lemon at the end if desired.
