Italian Dressing (Paleo AIP)

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp garlic fresh, minced
  • 3/4 tsp oregano dried
  • 3/4 tsp basil dried
  • 3/4 tsp thyme dried
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt fine
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil


  • Place all the ingredients except the olive oil in a large wide mouth mason jar or large bowl if you are using an immersion blender or put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well.
  • Once the ingredients are combined, very slowly add in the olive oil while blending or whisking.
  • Store in a mason jar in fridge for up to two weeks.
