Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups cucumbers, skinned and chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Skin and chop the cucumbers. Chop the strawberries and mint. Add everything to a bowl and toss before serving.
