Three-Herb Beef Patties
- 2 lbs grass-fed ground beef
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp fresh thym
- 1 tbsp fresh sage
- 1 tsp of sea salt or hymalayan pink salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, fresh herbs and salt. Form into patties using the palms of your hands.
- Heat some of the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes per side until nicely browned on the outside and cooked throughout.
