Fruit Salad with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • 1 slice of watermelon, cut in pieces (or strawberries)
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced (or mint)
  • 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Peel the peach and then dice it. (remember to avoid cutting the stone in the middle)
  • Wash and slice the strawberries.
  • Wash the blueberries.
  • Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and honey or maple syrup together.
  • Mix all ingredients together and serve.
