Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut yogourt
- 1/3 cup water or coconut water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together is blender until smooth. Add more liquid if too thick.
