Easy Sautéed Asparagus

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
 - 3 tbsp avocado oil
 - 2 cloves garlic minced
 - Salt and pepper to tastse
 - Lemon Juice (optional)
 
Instructions
- Wash Asparagus well. Snap the bottom of the asparagus before you cook it. Just bend the stalk where the color starts to change from white to green
 - Heat the oil on medium heat.
 - Add garlic and asparagus. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Stir occasionally.
 - You can add a splash of lemon at the end if desired.
