The process of our program
The basic program lasts 20 weeks. During those 20 weeks, you can expect to lose 20 to 40 pounds. The basic program can be adapted according to your objectives.
20 to 40 pounds in 20 weeks
It is the participants who set their own goals, hence the importance of the personalized and individualized program.
Usually, participants lose:
- 5 to 10 pounds in the first 14 days
- 4 to 8 pounds per month thereafter

The 4 phases of our weight loss program
The Metabolic Balance program comes in 4 phases. The length of the phases will depend on your personal goals.

PHASE 1 – PREPARATION PHASE
This phase lasts 2 days.
The goal is to provide digestive rest to your body.
PHASE 2 – STRICT CONVERSION PHASE
You stay in phase 2 until you reach your goals and you must stick to your plan.
This phase is divided into 4 sub phases.
- A) Strict conversion phase – no added oils
This phase lasts 14 days. During these 14 days, you must strictly adhere to your plan. Sometimes you have to hang in there, but it is totally worth it.
- B) Strict conversion phase – with added oils
From the 3rd week, you add a minimum of 3 tsp. tablespoons of oil per day with your meals.
- C) The strict conversion phase – with exception meals
From the 5th week, you introduce one exception meal per week.
- D) The strict conversion phase – with intermittent fasting
From the 7th week, you introduce one to two intermittent fasting per week.
PHASE 3 – RELAXED CONVERSION PHASE
During this phase, the quantities increase little by little, new foods are tested.
Here, customers often find that they don’t respond to food like they used to. Their taste has changed.
Many of them no longer crave sweets, burgers or ultra-processed foods.
PHASE 4 – MAINTENANCE PHASE
By now, customers know what and how much to eat.
The most successful clients are those who stick to their plan 80% and deviate from it 20% as they see fit.
