The basic program lasts 20 weeks. During those 20 weeks, you can expect to lose 20 to 40 pounds. The basic program can be adapted according to your objectives.

Usually, participants lose:
- 5 to 10 pounds in the first 14 days
- 4 to 8 pounds per month thereafter
