Your Metabolic Balance coach will accompany you throughout the four phases of the program. During your initial consultation, your coach will explain the program to you and review your current health and wellness goals. They will also organize your blood test at a local laboratory center. Using your blood results, body measurements, information about your current health status and food preferences, your personalized Metabolic Balance plan will be created.

The length of the program will vary depending on your weight loss goals. Our Metabolic Balance coach will be happy to provide you with an estimate of the time following an evaluation made in the clinic.

You start with phase 1, which lasts two days and is the essential preparation for the metabolic change. Phase 2 is strict conversion and is described precisely in the plan and will be explained in detail by your advisor. Phase 2 lasts for at least 14 days, but usually until you have reached your desired weight or health goal. At this point you move on to phase 3 where you will add more food to your diet. Your Metabolic Balance coach will also advise you on how to proceed. The program ends with phase 4 – the maintenance phase. You can easily maintain phase 4 for a lifetime by continuing to apply the now familiar rules as the best way to feed yourself. Continuous support is available from your coach according to your needs.

The cost of the program will vary depending on your weight loss goals. Our advisor will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate following an evaluation made in the clinic.

Your meal plan is so varied that you can plan well in advance and organize your daily meals with ease. Be creative – your Metabolic Balance coach can help you with advice and ideas.

Your body needs time and rest for digestion. Any snack would disrupt this metabolic process and lead to familiar cravings. Therefore, we recommend that you take a five hour break between meals.

No, as your metabolism adjusts to the way you eat and you hit your goals, you go into phases 3 and 4 relaxed to maintain your success. Then only a few basic rules that are familiar to you apply. Like many other participants, you will notice which foods are good for you and which are not. Whenever necessary, you return to your strict phase for a few days and you have your goals under control again.

Yes, we strongly recommend it because all of the foods listed on your plan have been identified as the right foods for you. Your personal nutritional plan is no coincidence, but it is the result of your blood test results and medical history. Your plan is as unique as your fingerprint. The selected foods support your metabolism and provide you with the nutrients you have been lacking so far. You of course control what you choose to eat. We often find that many participants discover several new favorite foods from their plans.

This is especially important in phase 2 where you need to weigh your food exactly. When you have achieved your goals, your Metabolic Balance coach will discuss with you the best way to let go of the indicated amounts.

If you stick to your plan, you’ll eat the right amounts for you consciously and with pleasure. At the end of each meal, you will be fully satisfied from the energy-dense foods eaten three times a day. You will not starve! Between meals, you drink the correct amount of water calculated for you and therefore you will feel clear-headed and focused. Several participants report feeling better than they have been in years. If you are tired at night during the first few days of the conversion phase, allow yourself and your body to rest and go to bed earlier. It is important to note that each is individual and that in rare cases when the metabolic adjustment occurs some people need a little extra support with hunger. This is one of the reasons why your coach is there to support you and make sure that it is of very short duration. Always discuss how you are feeling with your coach to make sure that adjustments can be made if necessary and that you get the best results from Phase 2.

Vegetarian plans can be generated for those who eat dairy products and eggs. Strict vegans cannot participate in the Metabolic Balance program. Yes of course. We take this into account when creating your plan and when specifying quantities. Metabolic Balance is a great way to learn how to eat the right foods for you, and generally improve your health and fitness. Talk to your Metabolic Balance coach about your specific goals.

The Metabolic Balance program is not a diet in the traditional sense, but a proven method for people to learn how to eat well for themselves. A traditional diet tends to lead to the yo-yo effect due to the severe restrictions on calories, fat, or carbohydrates, which quickly leads to food cravings. This does not happen with us. Your plan is your plan. It takes into account your lab values, metabolism and individual nutritional situation and provides you with all the calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates you need. You will learn which foods are good for you and which are not. The result of this? It is up to you to decide if you reach your health goal and if you continue to implement the knowledge you have gained leading to long term success. However, your individual nutritional plan is your very personal roadmap to lasting success.

You don’t have to worry about protecting your data. We only use your data to create your individual nutritional plan and do not pass it on to third parties. After two years, the data will be deleted from our system.
