No Bake Energy Bites
These delicious no-bake energy bites are the perfect healthy snack!

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
 - 2/3 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
 - 1/2 cup peanut butter May replace with almond or seed butter
 - 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
 - 1/4 cup hemp seeds
 - 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
 - 1/4 cup raw honey
 - 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed
 - Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for half an hour
 - Once chilled, roll into balls using a tablespoon of mixture per ball
 - Store in airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week. These also freeze very well for up to a month.
