Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix egg, mustard and salt in a bowl.
- Blend for 15 seconds on lowest speed.
- Without stopping the machine, add the oil in a trickle.
- Finish with the addition of lemon juice or vinegar.
