Scrambled Turkey Omelette

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground turkey
 - 1/4 cup diced onions
 - 1/2 cup diced broccoli
 - 1/2 cup diced zucchini
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
 
Instructions
