No Bake Carrot Cake Energy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) shredded carrot
 - 1/2 cup (30 g) unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
 - 1.5 tbsp (22ml) raw honey
 - 1.5 tbsp (22 ml) coconut oil
 - 1/2 tsp (1 g) cinnamaon powder
 
Instructions
- Squeeze out excess water from the carrots and then mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
 - Make into small balls (4-6 balls) and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
