Ingredients

  • 1 cup (100g) shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup (30 g) unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 1.5 tbsp (22ml) raw honey
  • 1.5 tbsp (22 ml) coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp (1 g) cinnamaon powder

Instructions

  • Squeeze out excess water from the carrots and then mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Make into small balls (4-6 balls) and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
